SAATH platform including application, website, media channel and media forms (“Platform”) may contain images, profiles, illustrations, feedbacks, reviews, videos, opinions, statements, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc collectively called the “Content” shall be the property of Paramba Foundation (“Paramba”) and is protected by applicable Intellectual Property Rights. Such Content on the Platform is not intended to be and shall not considered to be medical advice, advertisement or solicitation of business. Paramba do not warrant or promote the accuracy of the Content posted on the Platform and such content may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.

The Content on the Platform is available on “AS IS” basis and doesn’t warrant or imply warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or non-infringement of third-party rights.

You acknowledge and accept that the order for a substitute of a prescription drug would only be processed if the medical expert/ doctor has himself/ herself permitted for any other equivalent generic drug to be dispensed in place of the prescription drug in the prescription or if the prescription solely lists the salt names instead of a specific brand name.

Paramba is not and shall not be responsible for any sample collected, tests conducted by any third-party labs, or other providers referred by us, our affiliates, personnel, etc.

Paramba is not responsible under any circumstances for the authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information supplied by you to Paramba or any other person acting on behalf of Paramba.

We are not responsible under any circumstances to the users or any other third-party service providers for any losses, damage, injuries, or expenses incurred by you or other third parties in connection with you as a result of Page 2 of 2 any disclosures made by Paramba, where Other Parties have consented to the making of such disclosures by Paramba. If the users or any other third party service providers had revoked such consent, then Paramba shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the users or any other third party service providers for any losses, damage, injuries or expenses incurred by the users or any other third party service providers as a result of any disclosures made by Paramba prior to its actual receipt of such revocation.

The Content on the Paramba shall not be considered to substitute, set aside or intervene in a medical relation between the user and the user’s primary medical service provider. All services provided through Paramba shall be depended upon the facts and information including but not limited to medical information, medical history, health status, etc., (“Information”) provided by the user and Paramba doesn’t verify the accuracy of the facts and Information provided by the user to Paramba.

Paramba doesn’t take responsibility of any opinion, advice or consultation provided to the user of the Platform for which complete facts and Information are not available to the provider of such consultation, advice or opinion before the provision of the consultation, opinion or advice.
